Myth vs. Truth

Myth won't change truth but truth will change myth.

Myth:  People love the taste of meat.

Truth:  People don't love the taste of meat.  They love the taste of seasonings used to hide the taste of meat.

Myth:  We need to eat meat to get enough protein.

Truth:  Animals don't eat other animals to get protein!  Animals get their protein from plants.  No need to eat the cow to get the grass.

Myth:  We need meat products to build muscle.

Truth:  Vegetables allow you to eat more, workout longer and build muscle.
